Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 2 tbsp low carb sweetener Lakanto
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp glucomannan to thicken (optional)

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan mix together cocoa powder, low carb sweetener, cream and unsweetened almond milk.
  • Whisk together these ingredients over a medium heat until fully combined. Bring mixture to a small simmer and then turn off heat. Whisk in the glucomannan and the vanilla into the chocolate mixture.
  • Pour hot chocolate into your favorite mug and enjoy.
