Equipment

  • mini waffle iron (I use Dash Mini Waffle iron)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cheddar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 medium jalapeños sliced

Instructions

  • Heat mini waffle iron. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
  • Place 1/4 of the mixture in the mini waffle iron for 4 minutes.
  • Carefully remove chaffle from mini waffle iron and repeat 3 more times with the remaining cheese mixture.
