My all-time favorite dish on Thanksgiving has got to be the stuffing. Now we have Thanksgiving Stuffing Chaffles...a great substitute that’s super low carb.
In a small skillet over medium heat melt butter. Add the fine chopped celery and onion to the melting butter and saute for about 1-2 minutes. Add in the rosemary, thyme, sage and fresh parsley and cook for 3-5 minutes or until onion & celery are soft. Set aside the skillet to cool.
In a medium sized bowl mix together eggs, mozzarella cheese and almond flour. Fold in the cooled sauted celery and onion season mix into the medium sized bowl mixture.
Spoon ⅛ of this mixture into your mini dash waffle maker. Let cook for 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside your Thanksgiving Stuffing Chaffle.
Repeat the process until you have 8 Thanksgiving Stuffing Chaffles made.
Notes
**One serving is 2 chaffles=3g net carb per serving**Reheat under broiler if necessary.**I have 2 chaffle makers to speed up the process.
