True health and sustained weight loss comes from your own kitchen. Even if you HATE to cook, I’m sure you hate being unwell MORE. If you can learn to like the kitchen and preparing food for yourself even just a little bit you will be that much closer to being your best self.

And how about sharing that with your kids and family? What lesson are we teaching our kids if we are constantly tossing a bag of crunchy edible stuff? Kids learn by example, so let’s show them how some simple planning and easy meals can create health in our family-physical and emotional health.
