This is a great weekend meal and perfect for leftovers. My Lime Cilantro Carnitas can be served in low carb tortillas or just over my keto slaw…Either way this tender and flavorful shredded pork is the bomb!
We have barely passed Labor Day yet and the Pumpkin Spice Lattes are flying off the shelf! A Starbucks single slice is a whooping 50g carbs for their pumpkin loaf….. I started thinking about how I could reduce those carbs, but still get my pumpkin fix.
I swear the secret is in seasoning the meat…otherwise you just have meat over a salad. Then add in everything you’d find on a burger ESPECIALLY the pickle and you’ve got the best damn Cheeseburger Salad EVER!
