A quick side to your meal

I never thought I’d own AND regularly use a waffle iron. Now I have two! My Jalapeno Cheddar Chaffles are on repeat in The Kellie Kitchen.

Simple mix

Mix together an egg, some cheese, a bit of almond flour and some chopped jalapenos in a small bowl.

Because I have two mini dash waffle irons I can make these Jalapeno Cheddar Chaffles in a jiffy.

Simply spoon a 1/4 of the chaffle mixture into your dash and set a timer for 4 minutes.

Storage

You wont have any Jalapeno Cheddar Chaffles left over, but if you do simply store in a ziploc in your fridge to eat later. You can heat them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or simply eat them cold.
